Although CBS falls behind its competitors in the news department, the network is having no problems with its entertainment division. Another day, another win for the Eye.

• Ghost Whisperer (10.2 million, 2.5/8 in 18-49) had the night’s best numbers.
• Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? (6.2 million, 1.3/4) was on par with last week.
• Wife Swap* (3.5 million, 1.1/4) traded away 400,000.
• Momma’s Boys* (0.9/3) registered 3.2 million.
• Everybody Hates Chris* (1.5 million, 0.5/2) and The Game (1.3 million, 0.5/2) tied in the demos.

Thursday Ratings: CBS Wins Repeat-Filled Night

• The finale of Secret Millionaire (6.4 million, 2.0/6) had the hour’s best demos.
• My Name is Earl* (4.7 million, 1.7/5) lost 1.9 million; Kath & Kim* (3.8 million, 1.6/5) gave up 1.5 million.
• Ugly Betty (4.6 million, 1.3/4) was down 800,000.
• Smallville* (2.1 million, 0.8/2) whittled away 400,000.

Wednesday Ratings: Criminal Minds Leads the Pack

Despite a nice showing for NBC’s Muppets special, audiences had their sights set on criminals last night. CBS was #1 with the viewers and the demos once again.

• The New Adventures of Old Christine (7.5 million, 2.0/6 in 18-49) was down 800,000; Gary Unmarried (7.6 million, 2.3/7) only lost 400,000.
• Muppets Christmas: Letters to Santa (7.4 million, 2.4/7) had the hour’s best demos.
• Secret Millionaire (6.7 million, 2.2/7) gave up a 1/2 million.
• The possible last episode of Pushing Daisies (4.8 million, 1.6/5) pushed away 200,000.
• CW’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show* (0.9/3) had 2.4 million glued to their television.

Tuesday Ratings: CBS Breaks 13-Year-Old Record

What do you get when House is a repeat and DWTS is gone? Another stellar evening for CBS. Despite a two-hour Biggest Loser finale, the Eye network had its best Tuesday viewership since 1995. Meanwhile, a strong night of reality helped NBC tie CBS in the demos.

• NCIS (19.9 million, 3.9/11 in 18-49) had its largest audience in its six-year history.
• Approximately 11.7 million watched Michelle Aguilar win The Biggest Loser: Families (4.5/12).
• ABC‘s Charlie Brown Christmas (2.9/8) kept 8.3 million entertained.
• House* (6.4 million, 2.4/7) lost 7.5 million.
• 90210* (1.1 million, 0.5/1) was down a smidge.

• Chuck (7.6 million, 2.6/7) raised 700,000.
• ABC‘s I Want a Dog For Christmas, Charlie Brown! (7.4 million, 2.2/6) did 4 million less than last week’s Peanuts special.
• Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (5.3 million, 1.9/5) was up slightly.
• Gossip Girl* (1.6 million, 0.7/2) was down 1.4 million.

Sunday Ratings: Football Outplays Survivor

• Around 14.9 million watched Bob Crowley win Survivor: Gabon (4.5/10).
• The Santa Clause 2 (2.7/7) had 8.7 million feeling jolly.
• The Simpsons* (5.7 million, 2.5/6) was off by 500,000; King of the Hill* (2.0/5) pulled in 4.6 million.
